You will be assigned to the Tech Services (Infrastructure) team.

We are a team of skilled engineers who specialise in cutting-edge Cloud Technologies, Zero-Trust Security Infrastructure, and deployment automation.

‍

Our primary responsibility is to plan and develop cloud infrastructure in order to achieve organisational requirements such as automation, high performance, scalability, and security.

‍

We collaborate closely with the Security and Application teams to guarantee that the applications delivered are highly performant, scalable, and meet security requirements. Automation of deployment and tasks is critical in our everyday operations to guarantee that actions and process are highly reproducible across many parallel settings.

‍

• Design, plan and implement business-specific cloud solutions
• Manage cloud environments in accordance with best practices and company security guidelines
• Automate infrastructure deployment and debug cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the infrastructure development lifecycle
• Work on an agile methodology to manage platforms, processes, tools, and related infrastructure
• Identify, analyse and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
• Ensure the cloud network is responsive to user demands and introduce elastic cloud services to serve businesses
• Manage zero-trust security architecture including zero-trust identity federation and zero-trust network infrastructure
• Improve observability and telemetry to proactively detect point of failures, usage patterns and capacity limitations
• Continuously review and improve existing systems for resilience
• Manage proxies, NAT, CDN and firewall to ensure both incoming and outgoing web-traffic are secure according to company security guidelines and policies
• Contribute to architecting, prototyping and implementing a highly performant and cost-effective strategy for a large-scale, global infrastructure

• Experience and knowledge in Kubernetes (Certification in Kubernetes)
• Knowledge about Cloudflare administration (DNS, Firewall rules, Page Rules)
• Knowledge about zero-trust architecture and how to set up identity federation using OIDC/SAML against identity providers (E.G. Okta, ADFS, Ping Identity)
• Knowledge about setting up and managing secrets management infrastructure and processes (E.G. Hashicorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, GCP Secret Manager)
• Familiarity with logs monitoring, telemetry and alerting system set up (E.G. Grafana/Prometheus, Splunk, ELK stack, NewRelic, Datadog, Pagerduty)
